Technical diagnostic visit
A diagnostic/troubleshooting request can require the visit fee before scheduling.
If the visit identifies additional work and you approve it, the paid visit fee is credited toward that approved work. Emergency surcharges are excluded from the credit.
After submitting the request you will continue to the secure card-payment step.
Emergency service surcharge applies
Emergency requests receive priority handling and include an additional emergency service surcharge on top of the normal visit/service fee.
This emergency surcharge is not credited toward later repair or additional approved work.
